The Government & Distribution Operations Specialist supports the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational processes across government contracting, distributor management, pricing, reporting, compliance, and order support. This role partners cross-functionally with internal teams and external business partners to ensure accurate product setup, compliant pricing, timely contract administration, efficient process execution, and clear operational visibility. Monitor Bid-Boards for RFP Issuance Conduct bid board reviews to evaluate opportunities, requirements, risks, and go/no-go recommendations Improve RFP Process Gather and analyze government purchasing data to improve bids Support FOIA requests Maximize ECAT offering Prepare and submit ECAT catalog updates and bundles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery Pursue ATO on products Support ATO activities by coordinating documentation, reviews, stakeholder approvals, and follow-up actions Support audits and compliance Ensure business partner compliance with contract terms, internal policies, governance standards, pricing requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations Support government contract administration activities, including renewals, modifications, and required deliverables Assist with Distribution Operations to enable strategic operational improvements Support product, pricing, and financial operations, develop reporting and operational insights, and drive distribution process improvements Your Expertise: Experience in operations, contract administration, pricing, government programs, RFP/ATO support, distribution, or related business function Knowledge of government contracting, ECAT catalog management, GSA/FSS pricing, and contract deliverables Experience with SAP, Power BI, ANA, Shareville, SAM.gov, Bloomberg preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions, with the ability to collaborate across functions and explain operational requirements clearly. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance, process discipline, and documentation quality. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment.
