JOB DUTIES: This is a highly professional position with specialized duties requiring independent decision making and administrative oversight for departmental notice of state and federal funding grant opportunities. The incumbent in this position reports to the Purchasing Director II and provides professional assistance in implementing, administering, and interpreting centralized policies and procedures, rule and law, which includes researching and compiling information necessary for developing standards and curriculum related to subrecipient contract development and monitoring practices. Prepares state and/or federal grant funding opportunity notices, obtains appropriate departmental internal approvals, validates funding requirements for solicitations and facilitates the funding opportunity process.
