Golf Outside Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.  
• Assist with bag drop and loading/unloading golf bags from vehicles and carts.  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and golf carts.  
• Set up and break down the driving range and other practice areas.  
• Wash and refuel golf carts, ensuring they are clean and safe for use.  
• Monitor pace of play and assist with on-course services if needed.  
• Provide accurate and courteous information about course conditions, rules, and policies.  
• Ensure golf bags are stored and retrieved in a timely and organized manner.  
• Assist with tournament setup and breakdown, including signage, coolers, and cart signs.  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Professional staff or management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or golf operations is a plus.
   
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
   
• Passion for golf and an understanding of the game is preferred but not required

Work Environment:

• Outdoor environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
   
• Requires working in various weather conditions such as sun, rain, wind, and heat.

$11.00 an hour plus tips
