Golf Cart Delivery Driver & Onsite Technician

Duties Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks, vans for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load, unload, and secure golf carts and related equipment using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and load & unload systems. Deliver golf carts directly to customer locations or onsite sites with professionalism, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer service. Conduct onsite technical inspections, troubleshoot issues, perform minor repairs, and provide maintenance support for golf carts and related equipment. Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices, update route information, and document service activities diligently. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock organization, and safe lifting practices during material handling. Communicate effectively with team members regarding route changes, delivery status, or technical concerns to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving within a warehouse or commercial setting; familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Valid driver’s license with experience operating box trucks or van drivers; personal vehicle delivery experience is also valuable. Strong knowledge of larger delivery vehicles and safe driving practices; adherence to traffic laws is essential. Experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, moving equipment, and operating material handling tools such as pallet jacks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations. Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, logging activities, and reporting issues efficiently. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols including manual handling best practices and weight handling in the workplace. Flexibility to work in active environments requiring physical activity such as loading/unloading and moving equipment throughout the day.
