Global Supply Chain Transformation Intern
Schneider ElectricSchneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Global Supply Chain Transformation Intern to join our team in the Nashville, Tennessee area for the Winter term . This is a part-time, internship of up to 17.5 hours per week , offering hands-on experience supporting transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives within Global Supply Chain. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role. What will you do? Support Global Supply Chain transformation and deployment initiatives. Assist with digitizing and improving business and industrial processes. Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems. Assist with project documentation, data analysis, and other transformation-related activities. Work alongside project managers and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to a variety of supply chain projects and initiatives. Help identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, data, and digital solutions. Learn and apply new tools and systems to support ongoing transformation efforts. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Junior or Senior standing preferred. Interest in industrial processes, digital transformation, technology, and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and learning new tools and systems. Curious, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions. Flexible and comfortable taking on new projects and responsibilities. Previous internship experience is not required; relevant academic, project, or technical experience will be considered. For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23 to $27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
