Your challenge
As a Global Content Marketing Specialist, you create and coordinate B2B content supporting OMP’s enterprise software marketing across industries and regions. You turn complex supply chain and software insights into clear, compelling stories for every format and channel, from web, email, and social to campaigns, webinars, and events. Working with stakeholders worldwide, you keep content accurate, on message, and relevant for diverse global audiences.
You Are Responsible For
• Creating high-quality B2B content across formats and channels: thought leadership, e-books, articles, web copy, campaign assets, emails, social posts, event content, scripts, and press releases.
• Developing industry‑tailored content designed for our target industries. Translating industry challenges, audience needs, and supply chain topics into assets that land with each market.
• Developing customer stories from first opportunity to publication: finding the story angle, interviewing customers and experts, and coordinating case studies, testimonials, webinars, and press releases.
• Coordinating inputs and approvals across industry experts, commercial and product teams, SMEs, external suppliers, and higher management, so every asset is accurate, relevant, and signed off on time.
• Publishing, repurposing, and optimizing content across channels, applying SEO, brand messaging, and channel best practices to get more out of every asset.
• Using and advancing OMP's AI content capabilities, especially our Claude-based skills: applying them in your daily work, then helping test, improve, and expand them so the team writes better content faster.

As our new Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of the Industry & Commercial team.
About You
Essential talents and qualifications:
• +5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or complex technology.
• Excellent writing, interviewing, and storytelling skills, turning technical, industry, and customer insights into engaging, business content.
• Experience creating content across formats and channels, from long-form thought leadership and customer stories to campaigns, web, SEO, social, email, and events.
• The ability to own content end to end, from research, briefing, and interviews through creation, review, approval, publication, and repurposing.
• Hands-on experience using AI for professional content creation, especially Claude, including structured prompts, reusable skills, and reference materials.
• The ability to collaborate globally, managing input from multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• The drive to manage several priorities at once, adapt quickly and coordinate teams in a fast-moving global environment.
