• Develop global mechanical category strategy and supplier footprint
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives following the CIPS process
• Negotiate agreements, price lists, and contractual terms
• Oversee budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-reduction programs
• Monitor supplier performance and category results
Requirements:
• Strategic sourcing and category management experience
• Experience with mechanical components, castings, forgings, or plastics
• Understanding of supplier management and procurement processes
• Experience managing agreements, pricing, contracts, and performance
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
