Position Summary
The Global Logistics Data & Digital Transformation Analyst is responsible for driving data analytics, digitalization, automation, business intelligence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Logistics organization.
The role supports Global international Logistics, Transportation Operations, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Planning functions through the development of dashboards, KPI reporting, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming Global Logistics into a data-driven organization by leveraging technology, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting solutions supporting Global Logistics operations.
Analyze logistics, transportation, customs, and operational data to provide actionable insights, performance visibility, and recommendations to management.
Design, develop, and automate reporting solutions and business processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
Support digital transformation, automation, and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, visibility, and decision-making.
Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of logistics technologies, analytics platforms, and future Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through process mapping, workflow optimization, standardization, root cause analysis, documentation, and benefits tracking.
Collaborate with Export Logistics, Import Logistics, Traffic Operations, Trade Compliance, and Logistics Planning teams to develop data-driven solutions, maintain reporting governance, support strategic projects, and enhance operational performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, business intelligence, process automation, continuous improvement, or supply chain/logistics analytics.
Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and performance scorecards.
Experience implementing automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.
Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes.
Experience in logistics, transportation, customs, supply chain, or operational environments is strongly preferred.
