• Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess and obsolescence risk
• Partner with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing teams
Requirements
• Advanced degree with no prior experience, or bachelor's degree plus 2 years demand planning or supply chain experience
• Proficiency in demand planning systems such as SAP, Forecast Pro, or Kinaxis
• Advanced analytical skills with statistical modeling and forecasting expertise
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience with S&OP processes, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Lean and continuous improvement methodology experience preferred
• Life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Compensation: $59,400–$89,000 base
