Glazing Project coordinator

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Glazing Project Coordinator to join our construction team. This role involves overseeing glazing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases adhere to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, construction experience, and proficiency with construction management software. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage glazing projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project scope Review and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to glazing installations Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management tools Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure materials meet project specifications Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating software Utilize Bluebeam, ProCore, Civil 3D, and other construction management software for document control, RFIs, submittals, and communication Oversee procurement of glazing materials and coordinate delivery schedules Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle Assist in resolving on-site issues promptly through effective communication and problem-solving skills Requirements Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the glazing or related construction fields Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to glazing systems Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with construction estimating processes and civil/structural aspects of building projects Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets accurately Construction experience with a focus on glazing systems or exterior façade work preferred Strong communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors This position is integral to the successful delivery of complex glazing projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $46,300.00-$70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
