We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Gift Assembly & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle both the presentation and the shipping of our gifts. You’ll assemble curated gift boxes and tins, tie ribbons, package fresh products to pristine visual standards, pack outgoing orders securely, and print shipping labels to meet daily dispatch deadlines. What You’ll Do Gift Assembly & Presentation: Assemble curated gift boxes, tins, and gift sets to exact brand standards—tying clean ribbons, tucking tissue paper neatly, and ensuring every gift looks exceptional. Pick & Pack Orders: Pull items accurately from inventory based on packing slips and pack fragile bakery treats securely to prevent transit damage. Shipping & Logistics: Process orders through our shipping software, generate carrier labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and stage parcels for daily pickups. Quality & Inventory Check: Double-check order contents against packing slips for 100% accuracy; monitor packaging supplies and report low stock to management. Support Bakery Production as Needed: Pitch in during peak production runs with light packaging tasks—such as bagging fresh cookies, heat-sealing, or labeling finished tins. Station Care: Break down boxes, restock ribbons, boxes, and packing materials, and keep your assembly station clean and organized.
