Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned departments
Supervise teams and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
Complete merchandise ordering and replenishment activities
Lead merchandising and inventory management activities
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Requirements:
One to three years retail management experience
Proven ability to motivate and lead teams
Effective customer service and communication skills
Exceptional planning and organizational skills
Strong merchandising and analytical skills
