GEUS Warehouse Assistant

FUNCTION : Stock, distribute, and record all materials to Electric and Fusion crews. Keep yard, warehouses, and all other areas clean. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Unload and load all trucks and deliveries for the utility 2. Stock materials on the proper shelves and rotate stock as needed 3. Distribute and record all material to crews 4. Keep the warehouses and dock area neat and swept 5. Check inventory as needed to keep it accurate 6. Check fuel levels and maintain tanks, pumps, and surrounding area as needed 7. Deliver packages to proper departments (FedEx, UPS, truck freight, etc.) 8. Perform other duties as assigned The primary responsibilities only include essential functions of the job and does not imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instruction and to perform any other job-related duties requested by supervisor or management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS : 1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2. Forklift experience preferred; ability to complete required forklift training within a reasonable timeframe after hire. 3. Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-oriented when navigating conflict, receiving feedback, or adapting to changing priorities. 4. Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds. 5. Must be able to perform accurate counts of inventory items. PHYSICAL EFFORT : 1. Some lifting required 2. Ability to work in heat and cold
