General Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. We are a retail and wholesale family business that provides our customers with agricultural products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Duties Assist in the fabrication of products as needed, ensuring quality standards are met. Participate in order picking and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products. Package items securely for shipment, adhering to company guidelines for packaging standards. Assist in loading customer vehicles with product. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. This could include but is not limited to sweeping, dusting, washing, cleaning. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy bags or packages of up to 25kg on a regular basis and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and communication.
