Warehouse Associate – Order Puller / Fulfillment Century Martial Arts | Midwest City / Oklahoma City Metro Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Biweekly Pay Benefits Available After 90 Days Join a Stable, Local Company Century Martial Arts is a family-owned company with a long history in the Oklahoma City area . We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Order Puller to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a full-time, stable warehouse job and a chance to build experience in order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations. Warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly. Responsibilities may include: Pulling products and preparing customer orders Picking, packing and organizing merchandise Replenishing inventory and putting products away Assisting with shipping and receiving Checking products and quantities for accuracy Loading, unloading and moving merchandise Using warehouse equipment and scanners as needed Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area Working with other warehouse team members to complete daily orders Performing other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Ready to work as part of a team Able to follow instructions and learn new tasks Organized and detail-oriented Able to communicate effectively Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment Willing to work at a steady pace to meet daily order needs Committed to working safely and maintaining a good work ethic Experience & Education Required: High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the job Preferred, but not required: Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping or receiving experience Forklift experience Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, scanners or other warehouse equipment Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent: Standing and walking Bending, stooping and squatting Reaching and lifting Pushing and pulling Grasping and handling products Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds Approximately 95% of lifting, pushing and pulling involves items weighing up to 35 pounds , with heavier items up to 50 pounds occurring occasionally. Work Environment The position is performed in a warehouse environment and may involve: Changes in temperature Normal warehouse noise Moving equipment and vehicles Light dust and fumes Employees are expected to follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
