General Warehouse Laborer - First Shift

General warehouse laborer needed for first shift. Perform manual tasks in the Claxton Cold Storage Facility. Temperatures range from -20 in the freezers to plus 45 on the dock. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Comply with all Food Safety and Quality policies. Unloading/loading trailers and containers. Counting/Receiving product into Warehouse Management System. Stack cases on pallets of fresh poultry to assist freezing process with plastic dividers. Remove plastic dividers after freezing. Stack empty pallets weighing 45 pounds each. Bending and Lifting up to 50 pound boxes repetitively. Willing to learn various positions as needed on the warehouse dock. First shift hours are 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be available at times. Experience in warehousing preferred. Equipment operator a plus.
