• You will serve as the lead for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) System Environmental, Health and Safety Module (EH+S) implementation and system management in the Command.
• You will serve as the Regional interface to programmers and act as an intermediate regional point of contact for hardware or software development problems, concerns, and questions.
• You will provide customer assistance to current and potential users and provide formal and informal training to ensure users understand the relationship of systems to the process.
• You will monitor the execution of the budget to ensure requirements are met while staying within budget controls.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Execution of the Hazardous Materials Products and Services for a command.
Examples of specialized experience include:
• Providing technical guidance, consultation, and instruction to functional area users on database and file accessing techniques;
• Addressing hardware and software development problems and concerns;
• Utilizing Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP) to consolidate change requests/tickets, establish new users, and perform other assigned tasks;
• Conducting search strategies, processing, and space utilization efficiencies, database security procedures, backup, program recovery, and testing techniques.
