General Shop Laborer

Job Description Gun Metal Fab is seeking a reliable, hardworking Shop Labourer to join our growing fabrication team. We specialize in manufacturing custom truck beds, bumpers, and accessories. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and isn’t afraid of physical work. Responsibilities General shop cleanup and organization Material handling and inventory management Preparing parts for fabrication and finishing Grinding, sanding, drilling, and basic assembly Picking up and delivering materials and parts Assisting welders and fabricators with daily tasks Loading and unloading shipments Other duties as required Requirements Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Previous shop or construction experience preferred but not required Owning a pickup truck is an asset. Any use of a personal truck for company business will be compensated.
