General Manager – West Coast Hub NKR Diesel Parts | Isuzu Commercial Truck Parts Location: Santa Fe Springs or Ontario/Chino, CA — final site to be confirmed Employment: Full-time, on-site Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 base salary, plus annual performance bonus Build it. NKR Diesel Parts has spent more than 25 years importing and distributing Isuzu commercial truck parts from Miami to fleets, repair shops and dealers across the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Now, we’re opening our first West Coast hub to serve customers in California, Nevada, Arizona and Washington, with the goal of delivering parts within 24–48 hours. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to launch the operation and lead its growth. You’ll help design the warehouse layout, hire the opening team, establish stocking levels and take ownership of the hub’s profit and loss (P&L), with the support of an established, profitable company. What You’ll Do Phase 1: Launch the Hub | First 4–6 Months Work with the owner and our broker to finalize the site, build-out, racking, equipment and IT setup. Coordinate California permits, licenses, utilities, carrier relationships and vendor accounts. Recruit and train the opening warehouse and inside sales team. Set up warehouse locations and workflows in our inventory system, including receiving, picking, packing, cycle counting and shipping. Receive and verify the opening inventory from Miami and lead the hub’s operational launch. Phase 2: Lead and Grow the Business Own the hub’s P&L, including sales, gross margin, operating expenses and inventory turns. Build relationships and open accounts with fleets, independent repair shops and dealers throughout Southern California and the western states. Maintain strong fill rates and reliable same-day shipping. Partner with Miami purchasing to adjust stocking levels and product mix to local demand. Lead, schedule and develop the team while maintaining a safe, compliant operation. Report weekly on performance, priorities and opportunities. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in commercial truck, diesel or automotive parts distribution, such as a dealership parts department, aftermarket distributor or heavy-duty branch. Branch or department leadership experience , with direct responsibility for financial performance and daily operations. Strong inventory management skills , including fill rates, inventory turns, obsolescence and cycle counting. Business development ability: you’re comfortable visiting fleet shops and repair facilities, building relationships and opening accounts. Fluency in English and Spanish , written and spoken, to support our bilingual customer base. Proficiency with ERP and inventory systems, Excel and shipping platforms. The ability to work independently, coordinate with an owner based in Miami and communicate progress clearly. A valid California driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States. Hands-on knowledge of Isuzu N-Series and F-Series parts—including NPR, NQR, NRR and FTR—is a strong advantage. Candidates with substantial medium-duty or diesel parts experience will also be considered. Forklift experience is a plus. What We Offer $85,000–$105,000 annual base salary , depending on experience.
