Aerofab, Inc.Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager/Plant Manager for our manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives are met. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all plant operations, including production management, maintenance, and logistics. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency Manage production scheduling and planning Oversee supply chain management and analytics to ensure procurement, inventory control, and timely delivery of product Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits. Requirements Experience in manufacturing management and production management systems Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple functions while promoting collaboration Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing best practices within an assembly or production environment Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to oversee production planning, scheduling, and operations management effectively Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
