We are a franchise seeking a general manager to lead the development and success in our local market. The General Manager is responsible for the growth, profitability, and leadership of the territory. Requirements: A strong work ethic Understand and execute a plan Perform all responsibilities Available 24/7 to resolve business emergencies Experience in franchise management is preferred but not required Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through technician performance, customer retention, and sales initiatives Establish operational processes for scheduling, service delivery, inventory, and quality control Monitor average ticket size, conversion rates, callbacks, technician utilization, and gross margins Conduct performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations, and recommend pay increase Take actions based on reports provided to implement improvements and increase the profitability of the location Maximize customer retention by ensuring customer satisfaction Drive sales and revenue Ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed Rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies Willingness to do whatever it takes to continue growth Most importantly, be the team leader everyone wants to work with! Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of plumbing, HVAC, or home services management experience. 3+ years in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or Branch Manager position. Experience managing service technicians and dispatch operations. Strong understanding of P&L management, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred.
