Located in the heart of the beach area, we bring the soul of Spain to Maryland through a carefully curated selection of wines from Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Priorat, and other renowned regions, paired with authentic tapas and warm hospitality. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven General Manager to lead our team, elevate the guest experience, and drive continued operational and financial success. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in high-volume restaurants and a deep appreciation for hospitality, wine, and Spanish culinary culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, guest relations, and service standards Curate and maintain our Spanish wine list in collaboration with suppliers and sommeliers Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams Plan and execute events such as wine tastings, Spanish wine dinners, and cultural nights Oversee budgeting, cost control, vendor relations, and financial performance Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and liquor licensing laws Foster a warm, welcoming, and elevated guest experience aligned with Spanish hospitality traditions Qualifications: 10+ years of experience leading a high-grossing restaurant with Spanish wine bar experience. Experience in a Spanish tapas restaurant and wine bar environment is strongly preferred. Deep understanding and passion for Spanish wines, regions, and food culture Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills Knowledge of wine inventory systems, POS platforms, and hospitality best practices What We Offer: Competitive salary of $ 120- $ 150k plus a 2-bedroom oceanfront condo.
