Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team by modeling adherence to policies, processes, and procedures
• Ensure team members follow assigned schedules, including meal and rest breaks
• Provide constructive feedback and essential training to team members
• Manage the quality and performance aspects of team output
• Stay engaged with all processes and procedures
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
• Assign and adjust the workflow and task assignments as needed during shifts
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues to management as necessary
• Ensure necessary supplies are stocked within work areas
• Demonstrate safe work practices consistently
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent visual and auditory perception skills
• Capability to communicate issues clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills including multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction
• Dependable attendance and ability to adhere to scheduled work hours
• Attention to detail with a high standard of quality
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience working in a climate-controlled environment that may be affected by outdoor weather
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic work setting
• Willingness to manage and hold team members accountable for performance and behavior
Experience and Credentials:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong memory skills with a willingness to learn new processes
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, particularly during peak seasons
• Availability Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
• Basic computer skills and knowledge necessary
