General Labourer/Forklift Operator

Kandrea Insulation & Scaffolding is looking to recruit a motivated team player who is looking for long term employment and the opportunity to grow with us. Currently we are recruiting for a full time General Labourer with Forklift experience to work in our Leduc Location. Candidates must possess CSTS 2020, Fall Protection, WHMIS 2015 and pass a Drug and Alcohol test. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Current forklift certification and a minimum of 2 years experience on a Forklift is a MUST Previous general labourer in an industrial setting is required Must be able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision Must be in good physical condition and able to work at heights Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs Able to perform repetitive tasks Able to speak, read and write English Ensure a clean work environment Safety is everyone's responsibility and you are responsible to look out for yourself and those around you Education & Experience Post-secondary or technical training is an asset Safety tickets including: CSTS 2020, Fall Protection, H2S Alive, WHMIS 2015 Skills Problem solving on a daily basis Interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers Organization and time management skills Communication both verbally and written Prioritizing multiple demands on a project or work site Working Conditions Lifting, bending, climbing Ability to be exposed to various types of work environments Use of various shop equipment and trade-related hand tools Use of ladders or scaffolding Working in confined spaces Working with WHMIS products and materials Use of specialized PPE such as respirators, coveralls and safety glasses Be able to travel and go to different sites around Western Canada Salary: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
