General Labourer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting construction, maintenance, and site operations by performing a variety of manual tasks. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work site Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools Support skilled tradespeople by handing them materials and assisting with basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform general site cleanup, waste removal, and debris management to keep the workspace tidy Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, such as wheelbarrows, hand trucks, or power tools Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages or damages Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or maintenance sites Prior experience in manual labour or construction environments is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed Join us in building something great!
