General Labour Worker

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labour Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, construction projects, and heavy equipment handling to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, heavy lifting, and operating various types of equipment. Duties Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment Assist with order picking and shipping & receiving processes to ensure accurate inventory management Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely Support construction-related tasks, including material handling and site cleanup Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow warehouse management system procedures for tracking inventory and movements Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines Perform general labour tasks such as heavy lifting, load & unload, and moving supplies across the facility Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction is preferred Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus Experience with order picker operations and warehouse management procedures Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and material handling Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the shift This position is ideal for individuals seeking a physically active role in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
