ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential duties for this job include the following but other duties may be assigned. Lift up to 60 pounds, 40 pounds regularly Wears aprons-gets wet while hanging Helps tie on loops and helps with rework Carries sticks of 30-40 pounds of sausages Steps on Step and hangs on a rack Very fast paced Take broken sausage of rack before it’s finished Average rack is 15-20 minutes Fills 18-25 racks For top of the rack needs to lift stick with 30-40 pounds above head to hang it.
