General Labor / Lumper | Loading & Unloading

POSITION OVERVIEW General Labor / Lumpers load and unload trailers and containers in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires consistent productivity, accuracy, and safe work practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Move, stack, stage, and organize freight efficiently. Break down shipments and distribute materials as directed. Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and stacking of products. Follow supervisor instructions and work as a team to meet daily productivity goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous warehouse or lumper experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow directions. Strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to repeatedly lift and handle approximately 35–50 lbs throughout the shift. Frequent standing, bending, lifting, walking, and moving. Ability to maintain a steady pace during high-volume loading and unloading. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Steel-toe boots required at all times. Safety vest required on the warehouse floor. Gloves recommended when handling freight. Follow all safety and additional PPE requirements.
