Key Responsibilities
• Monitor facility mail processing volumes and truck arrival schedules continuously to dictate processing floor priorities
• Direct the staging, loading, and unloading of postal transport vehicles to ensure vehicles are dispatched on schedule
• Establish and maintain immediate electronic data tracking records for all incoming and outgoing mail volumes using scanners
• Inspect sorting lines and loading dock bays to identify, report, and actively clear material handling bottlenecks
• Review shipping documentation, travel logs, and routing slips to ensure mail cargo goes to the correct regional networks
• Coordinate directly with transportation dispatchers, highway contract drivers, and facility supervisors to resolve delays

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to pass a comprehensive federal background screening, a standard drug test, and a logistical competency check
• Prior professional experience in warehouse coordination, shipping dispatch, or high-volume supply chain management is preferred
• Strong digital proficiency, including comfort working with enterprise database entry systems and handheld scanning hardware
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills in English to confidently issue directives on a busy floor
