Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results on a variety of residential, commercial, or remodeling projects. Duties: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards Oversee the procurement of building materials and supplies, including installation of flooring, drywall, fixtures, and masonry work Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes Utilize tools such as tape measures, power tools, ladders, and hand tools to facilitate precise measurements and installations Ensure proper application of techniques like concrete finishing, tile masonry, plastering, caulking, gutter installation, and door hanging Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, safety logs, and change orders Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly Enforce safety protocols across the construction site to protect workers and visitors Experience Proven experience in construction management or as a general contractor overseeing multiple projects simultaneously Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes and cost control strategies Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, masonry work, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixture installation Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for various trades including carpentry, masonry, electrical wiring, plumbing layouts, and remodeling plans Skilled in using construction management software like Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration Strong understanding of building material installation techniques including concrete forming and finishing Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while following safety standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations relevant to construction sites Pass background checks Have a valid drivers license Past TSA background check Join us in shaping the future by leading innovative building projects!
