GATCHA - Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated GATCHA - Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant retail team. In this role, you will support the store’s daily operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and training Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize visual appeal and product availability Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation processes Oversee cashiering activities including cash handling, POS transactions, and balancing registers accurately Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost sales and store performance Supervise shift management, scheduling staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours Maintain organized records of payroll, bookkeeping, and store expenses in compliance with company policies Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility within the community Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, merchandising, and retail math Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development practices Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us as a GATCHA - Assistant Store Manager where your energy fuels our success!
