As a key team member, you will help ensure smooth station operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with administrative tasks to keep everything running efficiently. Duties Maintaining and creating Excel and quick book Conduct product demos and upsell items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain clean and organized retail space, including merchandising and stocking shelves with convenience store products Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of low supplies Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing daily sales reports Requirements experienced with Quick Book (min2years) Mandatory Supervising experience in retail or hospitality environments is a plus Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Back office knowledge a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting daily station operations!
