Gas Station Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Gas Station Manager to lead our retail fuel station operations with energy and enthusiasm. Duties Lead and supervise all station operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and safety protocols Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and exceptional customer experiences Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and shift assignments to maximize efficiency Oversee inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to meet sales targets Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations Utilize POS systems for transactions and monitor retail math metrics to optimize sales performance Implement operational procedures that enhance store productivity and customer satisfaction Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment Skills Strong management skills with proven experience in retail or fuel station environments Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred for diverse customer engagement Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices Skilled in negotiation, purchasing strategies, and vendor relations to maximize profitability Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within retail industry sales environments Ability to handle payroll processing and employee orientation effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising Experience in retail sales management with a focus on customer service excellence Competence in managing budgets, pricing strategies, and operational workflows Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during shift management periods Knowledge of grocery store or convenience store operations is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse clientele and staff Join us as a Gas Station Manager where your leadership fuels success!
