Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions accurately and managing cash drawer with care Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean and organized store shelves through regular stocking and merchandising efforts Ensure the fuel station area is safe, clean, and well-maintained for customer convenience Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or services as needed Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product replenishment Skills Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus for team coordination Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock management Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries courteously Experience in upselling, product demos, and retail sales transactions to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing payments efficiently Familiarity with retail sales procedures, stock management, and cashiering best practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
