This is a paid position with additional commission opportunities on furniture and art sales , making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their experience in the furniture, design, and art industries. Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordination Organize and delegate daily and weekly assignments for our moving and warehouse teams, creating comprehensive schedules, task lists, and priorities. Coordinate furniture pickups, deliveries, installations, and transportation logistics to ensure efficient operations. Monitor the progress of assigned tasks, communicate schedule changes, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Assist with inventory organization, furniture placement, showroom presentation, and general warehouse maintenance. Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing furniture, artwork, and decorative objects. Digital Marketing & Social Media Assist in developing and executing creative marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Create engaging visual content highlighting furniture, artwork, new inventory arrivals, warehouse promotions, and special events. Support photography, video production, graphic design, and content editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar software. Maintain a consistent social media presence through organized content calendars, regular posting, and audience engagement. Develop promotional initiatives designed to increase local awareness, attract new customers, and drive foot traffic to our warehouse and showroom. Assist with website updates, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. Online Listings & Inventory Management Photograph, describe, and publish furniture and art listings across Facebook Marketplace and other online sales platforms. Maintain accurate product listings, including measurements, pricing, condition details, and availability. Regularly update existing listings, remove sold inventory, and ensure consistency across multiple platforms. Respond to prospective customer inquiries, coordinate viewing appointments, and communicate product information. Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and generate additional sales through digital marketplaces. Customer Engagement & Sales Welcome customers and provide a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable showroom experience. Assist customers with furniture and art selections, product inquiries, and purchasing decisions. Develop relationships with collectors, interior designers, decorators, and local buyers. Proactively generate sales opportunities through customer follow-ups, outreach, and online inquiries. Participate in furniture and art sales with the opportunity to earn additional commission on qualifying transactions . Help develop creative strategies to encourage repeat customers, referrals, and increased showroom visits.
