Duties
• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver goods to various locations.
• Perform heavy lifting and moving of products within the warehouse as needed.
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and product availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
Requirements
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or commercial driving preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting client needs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
