This is a full-time position that combines warehouse operations with local white-glove furniture delivery and installation. No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be receiving inventory in the warehouse, another delivering and assembling furniture in customers' homes, and another transporting commercial freight throughout East Tennessee. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and organize incoming furniture shipments. Complete delivery paperwork and accurately document shipments, deliveries, damages, or discrepancies. Safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Prepare furniture for scheduled deliveries and installations. Deliver furniture throughout the Knoxville and surrounding areas. Provide white-glove delivery with room-of-choice placement. Assemble furniture as needed. Assist with multi-day residential installations. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Safely operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance concerns. Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers. Work as part of a team to ensure every project is completed with attention to detail. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills. Dependable and punctual. Able to work well with a team while taking initiative when needed. Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day. Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture (team lifting required). Ability to lift 75+lbs repeatedly Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Flexible and willing to help wherever needed. Requirements Valid driver's license. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one). Tennessee F Endorsement (or ability to obtain). Ability to safely operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck. Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings. Ability to work in varying weather conditions during deliveries. Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy furniture throughout the workday.
