POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Furniture Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily movement, warehousing, tracking, and white-glove delivery of residential and commercial furniture. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between interior designers, vendors, warehouse teams, carriers, and end clients to ensure seamless fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first-line contact for clients regarding order status, delivery scheduling, freight tracking, and logistics inquiries including vendors, warehouse staff, dispatch, and accounting Process, track, and maintain accurate shipment and inventory information within logistics management systems. Notify clients of order arrivals, project updates, and delivery scheduling Prepare and send condition reports for incoming items Coordinate delivery routes, warehouse staging, freight carriers, and commercial or residential furniture installation teams. Process bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery manifests; reconcile inventory discrepancies and file freight claims as needed. Proactively address delivery delays, damage claims, or special handling requests, keeping internal teams and clients updated in real time. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, fulfillment, supply chain, or dispatching—ideally within home furnishings, luxury retail, or e-commerce. Experience with logistics software (Magaya, Dispatch Track, Samsara) is a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a calm, solution-oriented demeanor under tight delivery deadlines. Strong multi-tasking capabilities with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy in Excel, Outlook, Word) Bilingual-Spanish Plus Work Location: In person Fulltime WORK ENVIRONMENT Warehouse and office-based role with cross-functional coordination Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed The hourly range for this role is from $23.00 to $25.00. However, specific compensation for the role will depend on the experience level.
