Furniture Delivery Logistics Coordinator

Relative Work : Arrange and schedule deliveries keeping in contact with Clients and Delivery Team Monitor daily loading and unloading of trucks, assist with truck maintenance and delivery team procedures Manage a fleet of nine trucks Data Entry - Coordinate with customers and manage their accounts Customer Service - via phone and email Skills Needed : Sharp attention to detail and thoroughness with follow-up Excellent organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Good phone etiquette Capable of managing multiple different projects at the same time Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, any database experience a plus Professional, confident, and personable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Data entry: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: New Hyde Park, NY 11040 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
