Furniture Delivery & Installation Specialist

Position Overview REH Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Furniture Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our warehouse and install team. This role delivers and installs furniture, art, and decor for high-end residential and commercial staging projects — handling everything from luxury furnishings to mirrors and wall decor with care and precision. You don't need a "white glove" background to apply — we're happy to train the right person on our service standards. What matters most is that you're organized, reliable, careful with other people's property, and take pride in getting the details right. Key Responsibilities Safely drive and operate our 26 ft box truck between the warehouse and job sites (no CDL required) Load, wrap, pad, and transport furniture and decor safely and efficiently Deliver and install furniture, artwork, mirrors, and wall decor at client homes and commercial sites Ensure installations are level, secure, and completed to designer/client specifications Protect homes, furnishings, and job sites during moves and installs Uninstall and return items at the end of a staging project Use our inventory management software (StageForce) to track incoming/outgoing items, verify deliveries, and keep records accurate Support general warehouse operations — receiving, organizing, and inventory — when you're not out on deliveries or installs Communicate clearly with clients, designers, and the internal team Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in good condition What You Need Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Comfortable driving and operating a 26 ft box truck Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely, often with a partner Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working professionally inside clients' homes — this is a customer-facing role Able to commute to Boca Raton, FL 33487 Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in white glove moving, high-end delivery, or furniture installation Experience hanging art, mirrors, or wall decor, and familiarity with mounting hardware and wall anchoring systems Experience with inventory or warehouse management software Background in interior design, home staging, or luxury service environments Who Thrives in This Role Takes ownership and pride in their work Notices the small details others miss Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Works with urgency while maintaining precision A strong team player who also works well independently Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Boca Raton, FL 33487 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
