As a Furniture Delivery Helper, you will assist with the safe loading, unloading, and delivery of furniture items, ensuring each customer experience is smooth, positive, and memorable. Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading furniture from trucks using appropriate equipment such as dollies or manual lifting techniques Safely move furniture within customers’ homes or designated delivery areas, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage Support the delivery team in navigating routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery times Help secure furniture during transit to prevent shifting or damage during transport Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with customers, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and delivery vehicle Collaborate with team members to load, unload, and position furniture accurately and safely Requirements Prior experience in warehouse work, moving, or delivery services preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physical strength and stamina are essential Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience or box truck driving experience is advantageous Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy items repeatedly Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow safety protocols diligently Descripción general ¡Únete a nuestro dinámico equipo como Ayudante de Entrega de Muebles y sé una parte vital en llevar comodidad y estilo a los hogares de nuestros clientes!
