Furniture Delivery Driver / Helper - 26' Box Truck - Non-CDL

Job Overview: Edward Express Delivery LLC is a customer-focused, growing logistics company specializing in white-glove final-mile delivery. We handle high-value furniture and home goods with care while providing a professional delivery experience that goes beyond doorstep service. This is not a drop-and-go delivery position. This hands-on role is for individuals who are comfortable with physical work, teamwork, customer interaction, and taking pride in doing the job right. We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals who are ready to represent our company professionally on the road and inside customers’ homes. Positions & Pay: Delivery Driver: $185 - $200 per day Delivery Helper: $150 - $170 per day Pay is based on experience, role, training, and performance. What to Expect: This position involves: Early morning starts at 5 AM Variable finish times Heavy furniture and team lifting Stairs, apartments, elevators, and tight spaces Furniture assembly Working inside customers’ homes Saturdays as needed Local and occasional two-day/out-of-town routes Hotel stays when required If you’re looking for a driving-only position or a traditional 8-5 schedule, this may not be the right fit. Shared Responsibilities: Our delivery teams are responsible for: Loading and unloading furniture Carrying furniture into customers’ homes Furniture placement and assembly Protecting floors, walls, doors, and customer property Using blankets, straps, dollies, and tools Communicating professionally with customers Keeping the truck and equipment organized Working together to complete routes safely and efficiently Applying As A Driver? Your Role: Operate a 26’ box truck and lead a two-person delivery team while completing white-glove furniture deliveries. Driver Responsibilities: Safely operate a 26’ box truck Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Use GPS, delivery applications, ELD, and company communication apps Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Lead the two-person delivery team throughout the route Complete pre-arrival preparation before each stop Maintain accurate delivery documentation Assist with furniture delivery, assembly, and debris removal Maintain company equipment and keep the truck organized Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license Acceptable driving record Box-truck experience preferred; training available for the right candidate DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one when required Reliable and punctual Able to perform physical delivery work Professional communication skills CDL is not required. Applying As A Helper? Your Role: Work alongside the Driver to complete white-glove furniture deliveries, assembly, placement, and customer service. Helper Responsibilities: Load and unload furniture Carry furniture into customers’ homes Assist with unwrapping, assembly, and placement Protect floors, walls, and doorways Organize blankets, straps, dollies, and tools Keep the truck organized Remove and sort delivery debris Work closely with the Driver throughout the route Helper Requirements: Dependable and punctual Comfortable with physically demanding work Able to perform team lifts Comfortable with stairs and tight spaces Professional around customers Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
