Furniture Delivery Driver

Required Experience We are Looking for someone already Trained relating to this job position. Prior proven experience as a delivery driver is required. Experience with 5+ years of operating box trucks or larger commercial vehicles Familiarity with route driving, heavy lifting, moving items, and warehouse operations such as heavy lifting, carrying mattresses is Required Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Have mechanical ability, 5+ Years experience using hand tools,drills, Already trained in metric and sae tools. Above required tenure would possess roughly 15 to 20+ years of professional experience,being holding jobs with over 5 years at a time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting furniture to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, and maintaining positive interactions with clients. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients. Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques. Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedule deadlines. Ensure accurate delivery of goods, verifying orders against delivery manifests. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their deliveries and addressing any concerns professionally. Maintain vehicle cleanliness,maintenance and perform routine safety checks before and after routes. Responsible for damaged to company trucks,Furniture or customer houses. Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving Assist with warehouse duties, including inventory placement and stock movement, maintaining a organized inventory and a clean and safe warehouse This position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of our logistics team while ensuring efficient delivery services for our valued customers.
