What You'll Do
• Safe Vehicle Operation: Navigate tri-state routes (WI, IL, IN) safely under diverse road and weather conditions, keeping our fleet road-ready and compliant.
• Professional Loading & Handling: Take total ownership of your truck. Lead the loading and unloading process, ensuring every single piece is perfectly padded and secured to prevent damage.
• Raving Fan Delivery: Bring the final step of the Penny Mustard experience into our customers' homes with exceptional service, politeness, and care.
• Route Ownership & Accuracy: Follow your schedule efficiently to guarantee timely arrivals. Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all customer paperwork is completed correctly before leaving the site.
• On-the-Floor Problem Solving: Use your "get the job done" determination to handle delivery hurdles or tight spaces safely and professionally in the field.
What We’re Looking For
• License & Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company delivery vehicles.
• Physical Capability: Heavy lifter. Must be able to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 100 lbs. or more with a team member throughout the day.
• Experience: Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar commercial moving role.
• Accountability & Grit: A reliable professional who takes immense pride in their work, respects our customers' homes, and holds themselves to a high standard of care.
