Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Technician Schedule: Full-Time | Location: In-person | Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour plus earn $100-$200 performance incentive possible every two weeks after 90 days employment. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering, assembling, and setting up furniture in customer homes while also supporting warehouse operations. Candidates must have a clean MVR with no major violations in the past 5 years , as required for insurance eligibility. Strong customer service skills, physical ability to lift heavy items, and a dependable work ethic are essential. Qualifications - Lead Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Technician Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no major violations within the past 5 years) Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs consistently Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic Ability to use basic hand tools for furniture assembly and installation Ability to work in both warehouse and residential delivery environments Preferred: Furniture delivery, moving, or installation experience Warehouse or logistics experience Experience working directly with customers in-home Leadership or team lead experience in delivery operations Responsibilities - Lead Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Technician Deliver, assemble, and install furniture in customer homes Load, unload, and organize furniture and warehouse inventory Inspect items for quality and damage before delivery Provide professional, friendly customer service during deliveries Use hand tools to complete furniture setup and installation Support warehouse operations and daily workflow Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations Benefits & Perks $19–$22/hour based on experience Performance-based raises after 6-month review Health Insurance Stipend available toward qualifying plans Delivery performance incentives Employee discount Paid time off 401(k) with employer match Stable, full-time schedule in a supportive team environment About Bruce Furniture Are you someone that has: A natural, happy enthusiasm?
