Full Truckload (FTL) Operations Coordinator

Position: Full Truckload (FTL) Operations Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FTL Operations Coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily full truckload domestic shipments , ensuring smooth execution from pickup to delivery. Responsibilities: Coordinate and track domestic Full Truckload (FTL) shipments Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams Schedule pickups and deliveries across the U.S. Monitor transit, proactively resolve delays or issues, and provide updates Generate, review, and manage shipment documentation Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements Maintain accurate records and operational follow-ups Requirements: Fluent English required (spoken and written) Spanish is strongly preferred Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Previous experience in FTL, trucking, or domestic transportation is a plus We Offer: Opportunity for growth within a dynamic and expanding logistics company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Exposure to nationwide transportation operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Work Location: In person
