FULL TIME YARD LABORER PART TIME BOX TRUCK DRIVER NEEDED

Job Summary We’re seeking a dependable team member for a full-time yard laborer role with part-time box truck driving duties. You’ll keep shop and yard operations moving by handling tires, preparing loads, and making occasional pick-ups. This hands-on position combines physical work with safe, customer-focused driving. Responsibilities Load and unload waste tires, sort and dismount tires , and follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or awkward loads. Operate a tire dismount machine safely. Drive a box truck for assigned route driving and provide courteous customer service at pick up stops. Secure and check loads, follow traffic regulations and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and report vehicle or load concerns promptly. Support shop operations by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly work area. Qualifications Warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse operations, and some basic tire knowledge are preferred. 2+ years experience with commercial box truck driving is required. A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required. Able to perform manual handling, moving, load and unload tasks, and workplace weight handling safely. Demonstrates safe lifting habits, attention to traffic regulations, and customer service skills.
