Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and their teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and maintaining compliance with safety, federal, and state regulations, especially concerning controlled substances and hazardous materials. Key duties involve employee management, performance tracking, process optimization, safety enforcement, and ensuring quality standards. The role requires analyzing operational metrics, implementing improvements, and managing the department budget. Maintaining facility cleanliness and performing related tasks are essential. Qualifications & Skills: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related fields. Requires 5+ years of progressive warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, And Decision-making Skills Are Essential. Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance is required. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and respond to production issues is necessary.
