Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations at our onsite facility in Lockbourne, OH. Key Responsibilities Include Managing Warehouse Supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management. Planning and coordinating all warehouse activities, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials. Tracking employee performance, coaching staff, and fostering employee development. Analyzing critical performance metrics and implementing improvement strategies for order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and service quality. Ensuring adherence to safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. Developing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings. Participating in budget preparation and maintaining facility cleanliness. Qualifications Include Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related fields. 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Ability to work extended hours, participate in physical inventory, and foster teamwork. Skills Required Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
