Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing supervisors and their teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory in both RF-enabled and non-RF environments. They are responsible for employee performance, coaching, attendance, and development, as well as maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials. Key duties include planning and optimizing warehouse processes, monitoring productivity and quality metrics, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency. The role involves managing budgets, ensuring facility cleanliness, and responding to operational issues promptly. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields, with at least 5 years of progressive warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Essential skills include strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and knowledge of warehouse systems and compliance standards. Flexibility, teamwork, and physical inventory participation are also required. This onsite position offers a sign-on bonus and requires adaptability to work extended hours and participate in safety and inventory activities.
